Shipping And Orders
Yes, we ship internationally. You can find the list of available locations through the "Country" menu at check-out. Customers who refuse our parcel are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.

Returns AND Exchanges
All products purchased on our website can be returned within 10 days of receiving your shipment, in their original condition and packaging (not worn, with hygiene stickers not removed).
- Exchanges and refunds are accepted, but customers are responsible for any duties and taxes occurred when shipping back.
- Items on sale cannot be returned.
We do not accept cancellation after shipment is confirmed.
All exchanges (different styles or sizes) are accepted. For exchanges, customers are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, but Aprilpoolday will bear the charges of shipping of the new exchanged product. Any duties and taxes occurred are the responsibility of the customer.
All items excluding items on sale are refundable. The return shipping fee and any reverse duties and taxes occurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
If an item received is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service (order@aprilpoolday.com) upon receiving the item. Any faulty item must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order, with evidence of photos.

The refund of your order will be processed within 10 business days upon the receipt of the returned item. Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.). The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
